Storely reads your product catalogue, stock levels, prices and promotions, and writes orders back. It runs alongside the storefront you already have rather than replacing it.
Does it make things up about products?
Recommendations come from the live catalogue, and policy answers come from the documents you supply. When an item has no match, Storely says so and offers alternatives instead of substituting silently.
Can shoppers complete an order in the chat?
Yes. Delivery or pickup, the address and an order summary with any savings are handled in the conversation, and the order is confirmed with its number and contents.
What happens after the order is placed?
The same thread handles status checks, the cancellation options you support, delivery progress with an arrival window, and returns questions answered from your policy.
How long does it take to set up?
